Monday I started AdvoCare Herbal Cleanse.

Evening: Optional 3 Catalyst Pills
Before Bed: Herbal Cleanse Pill Pack (found in the green Herbal Cleanse box)


Days 4, 5, 6, and 7
Wake up, drink your Spark with three Catalysts. Take Probiotic Restore Pill Pack (found in Herbal Cleanse box – white pills). 30 Minutes Later: No Fiber Drink today.
Follow General Guidelines for Eating Below.
Mid-Day: Spark or Slam, plus 3 more Catalyst Pills
Evening: Optional 3 Catalyst Pills
Before Bed: Herbal Cleanse Pill Pack Brown Pills

Days 8, 9, and 10
Wake up, drink your Spark with three Catalysts. Take Probiotic Restore Pill Pack (found in Herbal Cleanse box – white pills). 30 Minutes Later: Fiber Drink.
Follow General Guidelines for Eating Below
Mid-Day: Spark or Slam, plus 3 more Catalyst Pills
Evening: Optional 3 Catalyst Pills
Before Bed: Nothing


General Guidelines for Eating:

Try to keep your carbs UNDER 30 per meal, and eat five servings of fruit and five servings of vegetables per day. DON’T starve yourself. This will hinder your results. Eat wisely. Try to eat at least one meal of leafy greens and lean meat, lots of veggies, low fat dressing (dip your fork into side of dressing instead of pouring it on top of greens).
Avoid
Processed Sugars
Dairy
White food like Potatoes and Pasta
ALL Soda, Alcohol and Coffee
Fried Foods
Fatty Foods

and drink water all day. If you get tired mid-afternoon, have another Spark, or purchase Slam for extra energy. It’s best to eat 5-6 smaller meals/snacks than one big meal.
